Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester with expertise in Salesforce to join our Salesforce
development team. This role will involve supporting various Salesforce development initiatives by
validating the functionality of our web applications and Salesforce against business requirements.
The specialist will be responsible for writing test plans, executing test cases, conducting
functional, system integration, and regression testing, as well as providing comprehensive test
summary reports. Additionally, they will assist with smoke testing for production deployments
and help develop automation tests for Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in testing all phases of QA for Salesforce
implementation projects

Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
Expertise in designing and implementing test plans and test cases
Ability to create detailed, organized, and comprehensive test case libraries based on




business requirements

Experience in reporting, analysing, and tracking defects using JIRA
Proficient in writing and executing test cases with test management tools like Zephyr
Scale in JIRA

Collaborative team player who works closely with developers and the product team to
resolve issues

Actively participates in team standups, planning sessions, and other meetings
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and the Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
