About the role

We are building a Paid Account Management business β€” paid services that help sellers launch,

grow and scale their online business. The Program Manager will be the operational backbone of this

program, owning the initiatives, mechanisms, vendors, tools and cross-functional coordination that

keep the business running smoothly. The role reports to the Business Head and partners with them

on key program priorities.

Responsibilities

1. Own critical program initiatives end-to-end, and set up the mechanisms, processes and

governance that keep the business running smoothly as it scales

2. Own work order, contract and vendor management β€” seller-side agreements (execution,

authorizations, amendments), vendor contracts, SLAs, commercials and performance reviews
