Job Overview

We are hiring passionate and skilled Commis, DCDP, and CDP professionals to join our culinary team. Candidates should have valuable knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to the assigned section and recipe standards.
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions from the Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections during service.




- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist with stock checking and inform seniors about shortages.
- Maintain proper equipment and ensure safe kitchen practices.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Commis
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation and basic cooking.
- Handle chopping, cutting, peeling, marination, and mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation.
- Learn and follow standard recipes and cooking techniques.

DCDP – Demi Chef de Partie
- Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.
- Supervise and guide Commis team members.
- Ensure timely mise en place and smooth service.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Support the CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

CDP – Chef de Partie
- Take complete responsibility for the assigned section.
- Manage Commis and DCDP team members.
- Plan and organize daily mise en pl
