Packing Staff

Position: Packing Staff

Reports To: Packing Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for accurately packing Mysore Pak and other products while maintaining product quality, hygiene, correct quantity, attractive presentation, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack Mysore Pak and other products according to company standards.
- Ensure correct weight, quantity, and packing specifications for every order.
- Handle food products carefully to maintain quality and freshness.
- Check packaging materials before use and ensure they are clean and suitable.
- Seal, label, and date products correctly.
- Check labels for product name, quantity, batch/date, and other required information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Arrange packed products properly for storage and dispatch.




- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to complete orders on time.
- Report damaged packaging, quality issues, shortages, or wastage to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper use of packing materials and minimize wastage.
- Keep the packing area and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor and support other packing activities when required.

- Valuable hand coordination and packing skills.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
- Basic understanding of weights and quantities.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Previous food packing experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
