Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with Shopify knowledge who has strong hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and understands e-commerce growth.

The ideal candidate should be strong in Meta Ads and Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. They should also have working knowledge of the Shopify backend to manage products, collections, website content, basic website updates, and marketing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing – Primary Responsibility

Plan, execute,



and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Develop performance marketing strategies to generate leads, sales, and revenue.

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and revenue.

Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and budget optimization.

Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.

Analyze campaign and website data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with the creative and social media teams for ad creatives and campaigns.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify issues affecting campaign performance and recommend solutions.

Work on e-commerce campaigns with a focus on improving sales and ROAS.
