1. Compliance testing (all types of contribution calculation and non- discrimination test)
2. Form 5500 preparation (Audited and non-audited plans)

??? ????????????????:

1. Responsible of performing compliance processing and testing of defined contribution plans.
2. Applying retirement plan regulations and plan provisions to a variety of retirement plans and providers.
3. Understanding Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)



rules and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) plan documents.
4. Validating contribution based on Client requirement and performing Testing: 402g, ADP/ACP, 410B, 415, 414s, 401(a)4, 416 tests. Analyzing the testing results and performing correction methods for failures.
5. Preparation of 5500 forms, schedules, 8955-SSA & 5558.

1. Proficiency in MS Office
2. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
3. Graduate with >65% in academic track
4. Experience in compliance testing, 401k, Defined Contribution, form 5500
5. Problem Solving ADP / ACP
