- Process orders & Scheme, answer questions about products, and address concerns in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in retail or telecalling industry with focus on customer handling.
- Solid knowledge of gems & jewellery products or similar retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills for effective voice processing and customer relationship building.
