Valuable Communication Skills (Mandatory)

Experience Required:
- 2–4 Years in Desktop/EUS Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Mac OS
- Experience in VIP/User Support & Event Support
- Hands-on experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN, VPN, Printers, Outlook & MS Office
- Experience with ITSM/Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow
- Hardware/Software troubleshooting skills
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills

Incident & Problem Management
Desktop/Laptop Configuration & Troubleshooting
Printer & Network Support
Event IT Support & Coordination
Vendor Coordination & Escalation Handling
