Job Summary

One of our Prestigious clients is looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, confirm orders, collect customer feedback, and assist customers with their order-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
- Receive incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
- Take customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, orders and feedback.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Ensure skilled and courteous communication with customers

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.





Freshers can apply; candidates with 6 months2 years of tele calling /customer service experience will be preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/speak able English.
- Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Candidates willing to work from office at Mahape should apply.

Salary: 17,000 – 24,000 In-Hand

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Gender: Any
