Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Ayurvedic doctor during patient consultations and follow-ups.
- Take and record patient history, vitals, symptoms, and treatment details.
- Explain prescribed Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, diet, and lifestyle instructions to patients.
- Coordinate and assist with Panchakarma therapies according to the doctor's instructions and clinic protocols.
- Monitor patients during and after therapies and promptly report any concerns to the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, consent forms, and follow-up notes.
- Coordinate appointments, therapy schedules, and patient flow.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and therapy materials are clean and properly prepared.
- Coordinate with therapists, nurses, reception, and other clinic staff.
- Follow hygiene, safety, infection-control, and patient-care protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist with inventory and availability of Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma supplies.
- Support the doctor in follow-up calls and patient-care coordination when required.





Eligibility & Qualifications
- BAMS / BNYS / BHMS / Nursing / Ayurveda-related qualification preferred, depending on the scope of the role.
- Candidates with a certificate/diploma in Panchakarma or Ayurvedic therapy may also be considered for an assistant-level position.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and Panchakarma procedures.
- Positive communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.
- Previous experience in an Ayurvedic hospital, Panchakarma centre, wellness clinic, or similar setting is preferred.
