Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Business, or related field

? What You’ll Work On
- Analyze
eligibility, accumulator & claims-related issues
- Execute
SQL queries
and work with relational databases
- Monitor inbound/outbound file processing and data quality
- Perform detailed
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and operational risks
- Coordinate with technical teams to drive solutions
- Support testing of new configurations
- Maintain transparent documentation and support-case records




- Identify opportunities for
process improvement & automation
