About the Role

Vishram Infra Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, presenting our real estate projects and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers through leads, calls and references.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Explain project features, location, pricing, payment plans and approvals to customers.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions and other marketing activities when required.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Candidates with sales experience in other industries may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp communication is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
