Position: Sales Closing Manager Real Estate

Reporting To: Head of Sales / Lead Closing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Closing Manager to lead deal conversions at our premier residential project in Khopoli. You will focus on converting qualified leads, conducting high-impact face-to-face negotiations, handling client objections, and driving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Closure & Conversion: Own the in office sales closing process, conducting face-to-face negotiations with walk-in prospects and channel partner leads.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sourcing team and channel partners to manage site visits, maintain a healthy closing funnel, and ensure zero drop-offs.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Present financial breakdowns, payment schedules, and offers while maintaining strict yield and pricing guidelines.
- Customer Relationship & Handover: Manage client expectations,



address technical or pricing queries, and ensure a smooth transition to the CRM and documentation team post-booking.
- Channel Partner Engagement: Coordinate with local brokers and channel partners to drive high-intent site visits and joint closing meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Track micro-market trends in Khopoli, Navi Mumbai, and MMR, as well as competitor pricing and ongoing infrastructure developments.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven track record in real estate sales closing (preferably in second homes, plotted developments, or township projects).
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, closing techniques, and inventory management.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Khopoli, Karjat, and Navi Mumbai real estate markets.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hin
