Job Summary

We are looking for an Abandoned Cart Caller to connect with customers who have added products to their cart but have not completed their purchase. The candidate will understand customer concerns, resolve queries, follow up with customers, and support the team in improving cart recovery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with abandoned carts and understand the reason for non-purchase.
- Assist customers with product, pricing, payment, delivery, and order-related queries.
- Convince and assist customers to complete their orders.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
- Update customer interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and order status in the CRM.
- Maintain proper documentation and daily calling records.
- Track abandoned-cart recovery and conversion performance.




- Identify common reasons for cart abandonment and share insights with management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

- Track team performance, conversion rates, and pending follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation.
- Support team members in handling difficult customer queries.
- Suggest improvements to calling scripts, follow-up processes, and customer experience.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, or E-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Solid convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and order management systems.
