Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – MIS, Fundraising & Financial Analysis to support the Founders and senior management in financial planning, fundraising, MIS, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.

The role will involve close coordination with banks, NBFCs, investors, rating agencies,



consultants, accounts & finance teams, and project heads.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Coordination
- Prepare fundraising proposals, project reports, CMA data, and financial information for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, consultants, and financial institutions for debt and equity requirements.
- Manage information requests and documentation related to funding.
- Support sanction, disbursement, and compliance-related activities.

Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analysis.
- Analyze project profitability, costs, cash flows, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial ratios, liquidity analysis, and fund utilization reports.
- Support management in financial and strategic decision-making.

MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS covering cash flow, project progress, f
