Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source and screen candidates based on organizational hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in meeting recruitment targets and closing open positions.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
