Job Summary
The New Product Manufacturing Engineer supports the introduction of new products from design through manufacturing readiness and production release. This role partners closely with Design Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Suppliers to develop robust manufacturing solutions, ensure build readiness, and resolve issues during development and early production phases.
NPME candidate will work independently on moderately complex assemblies or modules while receiving technical guidance for higher-risk decisions and broader program strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and release new product Bills of Material (BOMs) for simple to moderately complex assemblies.
- Support development and execution of manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies for new products in collaboration with senior NPMEs.
- Develop, validate, and release Operation Method Sheets (OMS) and related build/test documentation
