Position Title: Creative Lead - Marketing

Scope:

At Quest Global, we believe that creativity has the power to change how the world sees our company.

We are seeking a bold, visionary, and highly strategic Creative Lead to elevate Quest Global’s global brand through world-class design, storytelling, campaigns, content, digital experiences, executive communications, and brand platforms.

This is not a production management role, a traditional design leadership role or a role for someone who simply takes briefs and executes them.

We are looking for a creative leader who can challenge conventional thinking, raise the standard of our creative output, and help make Quest Global appear larger, more influential, and more creative than its size would suggest. The right candidate will understand that great creative is not decoration; it is a business strategy brought to life.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative director, brand builder, storyteller, mentor, and innovator. They know how to translate complex engineering,



technology, and business ideas into compelling visual narratives that connect with customers, employees, investors, partners, and future talent.

You will lead and inspire a talented India-based creative team while working closely with global marketing leaders, corporate and customer brand teams, business vertical teams, communications, digital, social media, executives, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and external partners. Your work will shape how Quest Global shows up in the market, from global campaigns and thought leadership platforms to customer presentations, videos, social content, events, digital assets, executive materials, and brand storytelling.

We are looking for someone who refuses to settle for ordinary creative and brings fresh ideas, pushes for higher standards, and understands how to build a distinctive, memorable, and consistent global brand.
