Job Summary:

The Backhoe Loader Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling backhoe loaders and related construction equipment to customers such as contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and government departments. The role involves generating leads, meeting sales targets, building robust customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell backhoe loaders and related equipment
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with finance teams for loan/EMI processing if required
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
