Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Sr AEM Backend Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM Sites.
- Custom web analytics solution implementation with AEM Sites.
- Analyze and create reports on analytics data.
- Setup and implement A/B test scenarios using Adobe Target.
- Develop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, and DAM.
- Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions.
- Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies and integration patterns to solve business critical challenges.
- Work in an agile, rapid, development environment.
- Drive project scope and timeline definition based on cooperative needs assessments.
- Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solutions.
- Propose technology solutions that enable businesses to meet or exceed their goals.
- Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts.
- Design and code from specifications. Analyze, evaluate, test,



debug, document, and implement complex software applications.
- Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEMs core platform and integrate with commerce solutions and search engines.
- Contribute to presales, solutioning and project estimation.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ yearsexperience with Adobe Target and Analytics, including custom analytics using a tag management system such as Adobe Launch.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using AEM 6.x, with knowledge of Templates, Layouts, Components, and APIs (OSGI).
- 2+ yearsexperience with DevOps pipelines for AEM projects.
- 2+ yearsexperience working on AWS, Azure, or Google cloud platforms.
- 5+ yearsExperience with Agile project delivery.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with AEM Sites 6.x and AaaCS.
- Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B/B2C websites.
