Role:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and communicating global business opportunities across MIM, CIM, and assembly markets to support market expansion and revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Generate and qualify leads through internet research, industry databases, exhibition sources, and other relevant platforms across automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer markets.

· Identify potential MIM, CIM, and assembly opportunities by assessing global exhibitions, industry events, and market-entry platforms.

· Prepare and submit weekly lead-generation reports covering qualified prospects, source channels, countries, follow-up status, and recommended next actions.

· Share validated lead information with the global sales team and coordinate follow-up by customer segment, country, and opportunity priority.





· Recommend exhibitions where company participation is likely to generate qualified business opportunities and strengthen market visibility.

· Support participation in international exhibitions, including pre-event lead preparation, on-site prospect capture, and post-event follow-up tracking.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related engineering discipline.

· 1–2 years of experience in sales engineering, business development, lead generation, or a related technical-commercial role.

· Proficient in Microsoft Applications, with strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
