US Sales Caller / International Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and results-driven US Sales Caller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers in the US market, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting our products/services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other sales activities.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closing sales.




- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to improve performance.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Experience in US sales, international sales, cold calling, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working in US time zones/night shifts.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
