Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and guiding prospective learners or client organizations through Edvolve’s programs and services. The Inside Sales Executive will handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversion activities, including preparing proposals and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also includes coordinating with marketing and delivery teams, responding to customer queries,



and providing a professional and solution-oriented experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including pipeline management and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills, such as prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and address queries effectively.
- Candidates should possess the ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and present suitable learning solutions.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or consulting sales is beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email, and basic office applications is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
