Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote financial products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance policies.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to increase sales conversion rates.
- Meet daily/weekly targets by upselling existing customers on new product offerings or services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken & written).
- Solid convincing power for effective communication with customers over phone calls.
