The ICM Training Analyst supports the Global Training & Awareness Lead in delivering and scaling the Global Training & Awareness and Scenario-Based Exercise Program within Integrated Crisis Management (ICM). As GBR faces an expanding range of emerging risks cyber AI geopolitical and operational the role helps increase the frequency diversity and quality of crisis exercises. In direct support of the Enterprise AI Security strategic priority it places particular emphasis on AI-specific

Responsibilities

Scenario & Exercise Support

Support the design and build of crisis exercise scenarios under the direction of the Program Lead across emerging risk areas including cyber geopolitical and operational threats.

Support the development of AI-specific crisis scenarios such as model misuse AI-enabled cyberattacks and AI system failures helping equip leadership to anticipate and respond to the risks of an increasingly AI-driven threat workplace.

Help produce exercise materials scenario narratives injects facilitation guides pre-reads and polling content.





Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Support

Support the preparation and delivery of executive tabletop exercises and briefings including presenting content and capturing outcomes and actions.

Design clear presentation material and engage confidently with senior stakeholders across GBR and Corporate Security.

Build effective working relationships with ICM leads and cross-functional partners.

Program Administration & Coordination

Maintain exercise trackers evidence folders and artefacts to agreed standards surfacing gaps and risks early.

Support program tracking governance and delivery-readiness checks and validate IRT orientation data with ICM leads.

Maintain templates and help the program administration scale as it grows.

Certifications Required

Proficient with ServiceNow Microsoft Excel Microsoft 365 / Teams Viva Engage intranet / web content management and PowerPoint.
