Oracle Aconex Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Aconex Techno Functional Consultant to support and drive eDMS (Electronic Document Management System) transformation initiatives using Oracle Aconex. The candidate should have strong expertise in Aconex configuration, integrations, document management, workflows, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Aconex applications.
- Set up project templates, project rooms, users, roles, and permissions.
- Configure document workflows, review processes, and metadata structures.
- Manage document classification, MDR, and governance standards.
- Develop integrations using Aconex APIs with enterprise systems.
- Support bulk import/export of metadata and configuration data.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Aconex governance, audit,



and CDE principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Aconex implementation and support.
- Good understanding of Aconex APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Expertise in Documents, Document Process, Mail, Model, and Packages modules.
- Knowledge of metadata management, MDR, and document classification.
- Experience integrating Aconex with Revit, SharePoint, and other systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
