Hatch Project Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Team Lead with knowledge and enthusiasm to work with clients across the E-Commerce, Start-Up, Hospitality and Lifestyle space.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Build a strong social media presence and grow our client brand presence across India by focusing on the right target groups
- Close cooperation with the Client to define a clear engagement strategy on social media.
- Work closely with the team to execute the aligned roadmap. Build creative, impactful stories/reels with team members for social media to increase channel engagement.
- Design monthly calendars, campaigns, and influencer engagement and own the end-to-end execution of the plan with the team for a minimum 10-15 clients
- Be innovative and generate ideas to accelerate community growth and engagement through personalized and social media content.
- Continuously measure the progress of the metrics & various campaign successes.




- Build solid online communities, both in-house and external.
- Develop bimonthly reports on social media engagement, and new trends in social media to showcase the rising SM impact on brand building and its impact on the business.
- Manage relationships with client/vendors to co-create the best content for the business.
- Observe relevant competitive activities and identification of "best practices" in related industrial sectors.
- Understanding and strong grip on META and Google Platforms to enhance each client's growth

Work experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a social media team manager role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat with proven experience in brand building, community growth and engagement.
- Experience in the B2B & B2C marketing space will be a big plus.
- Relevant degree - Mass Media, Communications or Advertising
