Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Sourcer who can actively source, screen, and build strong candidate pipelines for India-based technical roles. This is a pure sourcing roleideal for someone who enjoys finding talent, talking to candidates, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Actively source candidates for technical roles in India(Java, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, referrals, and Boolean search
- Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-interview pipeline
- Share qualified profiles daily with clear notes and summaries

Candidate Screening & Engagement
- Conduct initial screening calls (skills, experience, interest, availability)
- Validate tech stack, years of experience, location, notice period
- Engage candidates professionally and keep them warm through the process
- Follow up regularly and reduce drop-offs

Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with BRAMKAS recruiters and delivery leads




- Track candidates in ATS / shared trackers
- Provide daily sourcing status updates
- Support interview scheduling when required

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in India technical hiring
- Very good knowledge of IT skills and roles
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good written and verbal English communication

Good to Have
- Experience in Global sourcing for US clients or global roles
- Experience with ATS tools or Google Sheets trackers
- Understanding of contract vs full-time roles
- Exposure to niche or hard-to-find tech skills
