Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Architectural Sales Manager to drive business growth by closing leads for architecture, interior design, construction, and renovation projects while leading a team of Sales Executives responsible for enquiry handling and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with a proven track record in high-value consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities Lead Closing
- Personally handle high-value or escalated leads related to architecture, construction, interior design, and renovation projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visit coordination, and negotiation discussions to convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Present company services, project portfolios, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and project proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



and project agreements before handing over projects to the execution team.
- Team Management
- Assign daily calling and follow-up targets to Sales Executives.
- Monitor call quality, response time, and CRM updates to ensure efficient lead management.
- Train and mentor the sales team on effective pitching, objection handling, and appointment scheduling.
- Track individual and team performance through KPIs such as lead conversions, consultations booked, and revenue generated.
- Take over complex or stalled leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend incentives or improvement plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Executives as the team expands.
- Motivate the team through contests, recognition programs, and performance-based initiatives.
