Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute HVAC systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- Prepare HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and review HVAC drawings, layouts, ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment requirements.
- Select suitable equipment including VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for technical discussions and approvals.
- Supervise HVAC installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase team for timely procurement.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Conduct inspection, testing, commissioning,



and handover of HVAC systems.
- Prepare project documentation, inspection reports, testing reports, and completion documents.
- Ensure proper safety and quality standards during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, ducting, and chilled water systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and BOQs.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design software.
- Good understanding of site execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in industrial projects, commercial buildings, clean rooms, manufacturing facilities, or EPC projects will be preferred.
