General Description:

The Senior Agiloft Configurations & Process Analyst will support requirements gathering, configurations, documentation, user alignment, testing, and operational readiness for enhancements and integration workstreams for Agiloft platform. The ideal candidate has hands on Agiloft configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Requirements & Process Design
- Lead requirement-gathering and discovery sessions for configuration enhancements, workflow improvements, and integration updates.
- Document detailed business requirements, process flows, user stories, and use cases to support development and configuration efforts.
- Facilitate prioritization of backlog items, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and validated assumptions.
- Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications for technical teams.

Agiloft Configurations and Integrations
- Deliver multiple enhancements and backlog items within the Agiloft platform,



including updates to tables, workflows, rules, permissions, dashboard components, and UI/UX.
- Define functional requirements for current and existing system integrations involving Agiloft and external enterprise applications.
- Establish business rules, field behaviors, data validation criteria, and workflow impacts associated with integration-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are fully understood and accurately reflected in system design.
- Maintain and update integration documentation such as requirement documents, design specifications, and process diagrams in partnership with technical resources.

Testing, Validation & Deployment Readiness
- Develop comprehensive test cases and acceptance criteria for new configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
