JOB DESCRIPTION WORK ORDER EXECUTIVE Real Estate Developer / Builder Company Position Work Order Executive Industry Real Estate / Construction / Builder Company Experience 3–5 Years Location Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida Notice Period Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Work Order Executive to manage the complete work order documentation and coordination process for real estate construction projects. The role will be responsible for preparation, processing, tracking, amendment and closure of work orders while maintaining accurate project records and coordination with project, commercial, accounts and contractor teams. Key Responsibilities l Prepare, issue and maintain Work Orders (WOs) based on approved project requirements. l Coordinate the Work Order approval process with authorized internal departments and management. l Prepare Work Orders based on approved BOQ, scope of work, quantities and project requirements. l Maintain proper documentation of Work Orders, amendments, revisions, cancellations and supporting documents.



l Coordinate with contractors regarding issued Work Orders, scope, execution terms and documentation requirements. l Maintain a Work Order register and tracking MIS covering open, pending, executed, completed and closed WOs. l Track WO approvals, pending documents, validity and closure status and ensure timely follow-up. l Coordinate with project/site teams to obtain required approvals, completion documents and execution status. l Verify Work Order documentation against approved BOQ, scope and authorized requirements before processing. l Maintain records of Work Order amendments and ensure that revised documents are properly approved and circulated. l Coordinate documentation related to contractor bills against approved Work Orders and BOQs. l Maintain completion and closure documentation after completion of the assigned work. l Update and maintain Work Order records in ERP / SAP / Farvision or other compan
