Consulting- Regulatory Compliance COE – Senior Manager

As part of our Consulting, we are looking for a – senior consulting qualified to lead the design, development, and deployment of regulatory compliance solutions and frameworks for clients, along with building and scaling a Regulatory Compliance Centre of Excellence (COE).

The role will drive compliance transformation initiatives including compliance monitoring frameworks, regulatory inventories, internal audits, and technology-enabled compliance solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement regulatory compliance monitoring frameworks including compliance organisation structure, control framework, policies and procedures, employee trainings, and compliance communication program, tailored to client size, industry, and geography.
- Monitor regulatory changes: Align with senior leadership on the critical areas to be tracked and followed. Engage with client leadership to identify key regulatory risk areas and define compliance priorities.



Develop regulatory compliance libraries / databases categorized by industry, geography, and regulatory applicability
- Lead regulatory change managementfor clients with a focus on analysing the impact of new regulations / changes to existing regulations; support and guide team in developing controls to comply with new regulations for clients, industry and region as applicable.
- Regulatory risk assessments and audits: Lead internal audit, compliance reviews and control testing to assess effectiveness of regulatory adherence and control frameworks for clients
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary COE team (compliance, audit, research, analytics)
- Drive delivery of client engagements including compliance assessments, implementation programs, and remediation initiatives
- Establish quality assurance standards for compliance framework design, audit outputs, and regulatory interpretations to be delivered to clients.
