Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Power BI - Reporting to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support business intelligence and decision-making requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into meaningful visualizations, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to deliver accurate and high-performance reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize Power Query (M) transformations, ETL processes, and data integration workflows from multiple data sources.
- Design and maintain dimensional data models, including star and snowflake schemas, to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Connect and integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Azure Synapse,



Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud data sources.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance, data refresh schedules, and dataset efficiency to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Implement Power BI governance, security, row-level security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and best practices for enterprise reporting environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Create technical documentation, provide user training, and support self-service analytics initiatives while staying current with recent Power BI, Fabric, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
