As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant , expectations are as follows :
- Consult clients on cash flow management, P&L; analysis, balance sheet, working capital, and overall financial health.
- Analyze business financials and identify areas for cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
- Conduct and guide business valuations, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advise clients on financial planning, budgeting, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
- Analyze industry and market trends and assess their potential impact on clients' businesses.
- Evaluate business performance through key financial and operational metrics.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic insights to business owners, promoters, and senior management.
- Support clients in developing long-term financial and business strategies.
- Interpret complex financial data and present actionable recommendations in a simple and client-friendly manner.
- Stay updated on economic conditions, market movements,



industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging business opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted financial advisor.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in raising funds and debt restructuring through available products of NBFCs, Banks and other FIS.
- Expertise in P&L; Analysis, Cash Flow Management & Balance Sheet Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Business Valuation & Financial Modelling
