We are looking for a fashion-focused and analytical Senior Executive – Western Wear to join the category management team of a leading fashion e-commerce organization.

? Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth and business performance of the Western Wear category.
- Track sales, GMV, conversion, margins, sell-through and SKU performance.
- Support assortment and range planning across dresses, tops, shirts, denim, trousers, skirts, jumpsuits, co-ords and occasion wear.
- Analyse fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor assortment.
- Identify assortment gaps and recommend new products/brands.
- Coordinate with brand and vendor partners for assortment, launches, pricing and promotions.
- Support onboarding of new brands and products.
- Assist with category campaigns, promotions and onsite merchandising.
- Monitor inventory,



stock availability, ageing and sell-through.
- Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams for stock optimization.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and category performance reports.
- Work closely with Marketing, Planning, Brand, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.

? Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Brand Management or E-commerce.
- Experience in Women's Western Wear / Apparel / Fashion preferred.
- Robust understanding of fashion trends and consumer behaviour.
- Good analytical and commercial skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/MIS.
- Exposure to brand/vendor coordination and e-commerce metrics is preferred.
- Candidates from fashion e-commerce, marketplaces, fashion brands or organized retail are encouraged to apply.
