Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, driving hiring processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires hands-on recruitment expertise, strategic hiring capability, robust stakeholder management, and proficiency with HRMS and ATS systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels including junior, mid, senior, and niche roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, headhunting, networking, referrals, and campus tie-ups.




- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for business continuity.
- Conduct proactive market mapping for critical and future roles.

2. Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and competencies.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate experience, skills, salary fitment, and cultural alignment.
- Schedule and coordinate technical rounds, panel interviews, and leadership discussions.
- Administer skill assessments, psychometric tests, and role-specific evaluation tools (if applicable).

3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain candidate engagement from sourcing to final selection and joining.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and closure communication.
