Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure execution as per drawings, designs, and project specifications.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and conducting on-site tests as required.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Prepare quantity estimations and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental compliance at the site.
- Perform surveying, leveling, and layout work for roads, drainage, and structures.
- Troubleshoot on-site execution issues and escalate design or drawing concerns when needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, work orders, approvals, and inspection records.




- Support project engineers and managers with technical input and site coordination.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of experience in road/highway construction projects
- Strong knowledge of highway specifications (IRC/MORTH) and site practices
- Ability to read drawings, prepare quantity calculations, and manage labor/contractor teams
- Strong communication and site coordination skills
- Must be willing to work at any location .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
