Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Information, Education & Communication (IEC) Specialist with 6-10 years of experience in content development, communication campaigns, social media management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing IEC strategies, developing awareness and advocacy materials, managing digital communication campaigns, and ensuring effective messaging across multiple platforms. The role requires excellent content writing skills in both Hindi and English, solid coordination with graphic design teams, and proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content creation and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

IEC Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop and implement IEC strategies aligned with organizational goals and program objectives.
- Design and execute awareness, advocacy, behavior change, and outreach campaigns.
- Create communication plans, campaign roadmaps, and engagement strategies for diverse audiences.




- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.

Content Development
- Develop high-quality content for brochures, newsletters, reports, websites, presentations, social media, and communication materials.
- Create audience-specific messaging for community engagement, public awareness, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and communication guidelines.
- Edit, review, and proofread communication materials before publication.

Social Media Management
- Manage organizational social media platforms and digital communication channels.
- Develop and maintain content calendars for social media campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content to improve audience reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital platforms.
