Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT/Technical candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals and other channels
using organic and inorganic sourcing methods.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates through the complete hiring process.
- Ensure selected candidates
successfully join the organization
.
- Connect with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams for
new client acquisition
.
- Generate and manage new hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate and client databases and provide regular updates.
- Work towards achieving monthly sourcing, interview, selection and joining targets.
Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
.
- Technical Graduate Compulsary
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented and focused on closures.
- Recruitment consultancy/agency experience will be an advantage.
