About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers and callers speak with when they reach out to us. Some calls may be from existing customers who need help, while others may be from new customers looking for information or assistance.

This is a people-focused role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, listens well, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
- Listen carefully and understand why the customer is calling.
- Assist customers with general questions and requests.
- Speak with new customers and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Connect callers with the right team member when additional help is needed.
- Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Take clear and accurate messages.
- Follow up on customer requests when required.




- Handle different types of callers while remaining patient and professional.
- Stay calm and respectful when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Follow company call-handling procedures and communication standards.
- Work closely with the team to make sure customer questions and requests are handled properly and on time.
- Help create a positive experience for every person who contacts the company.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:
- Very fluent and confident in English and Punjabi.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- A good listener who can understand what a customer actually needs.
- Clear and effective in verbal communication.
- Patient and respectful, even during challenging conversations.
- Comfortable speaking with different types of people.
- Able to understand different accents and communicate clearly.
