Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Travel Packages to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel and tourism industry, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and create customized travel packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into travel package bookings.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Design and customize domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, costing, and package proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel vendors.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, offers, and tourism requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Travel Sales.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to create customized itineraries and quotations.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings efficiently.
- Knowledge of travel booking processes and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
