Complete Web Graphics (.com) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Affiliate & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and grow CPL campaigns full time. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation, affiliate marketing, publisher management, paid traffic, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking. You should be comfortable working independently, managing affiliate partners, analyzing campaign data, and taking action to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage, and nurture relevant publishers and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with new publishers and affiliate partners.
- Promote and manage CPL offers across multiple affiliate networks.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize them to improve results.
- Track key performance metrics including Earnings Per Click, Cost Per Lead,



Cost Per Acquisition, and conversion rate.
- Work with tracking platforms such as Voluum, RedTrack, or similar tools.
- Maintain accurate campaign and performance data using Google Sheets/Excel.

Skill Requirement
- Proven experience in CPL affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience finding and managing publishers/traffic partners.
- Experience buying or managing traffic through Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of relevant KPIs
- Experience working with multiple affiliate networks.

- Which publisher should we scale?
- Which traffic source is generating profitable leads?
- Why has the CR dropped?
- Why is EPC declining?
- Which campaign should be paused?
- Where can we increase lead volume?
