is hiring a
Sales & Business Development Executive
for our Jaipur office.

We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented professional to handle
IndiaMART leads, telecalling, lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and business development
for our animal nutrition and healthcare product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to
leads received through IndiaMART and other online platforms
.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain KDF's products, features, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and convert genuine enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Regularly follow up with prospects through
phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
.
- Prepare and share quotations, product information, and other required details with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and other B2B customers.
- Achieve assigned
calling, lead conversion, and sales targets
.
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules to ensure that no potential lead is missed.
- Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Qualifications
- Graduate in
Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or any relevant field
.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, IndiaMART, lead generation, or business development
are preferred.
- Excellent
Hindi and English communication skills
.
- Confident and qualified telephone communication.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, and internet-based tools
.
- Ability to handle multiple leads
