Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Social Media / Performance Marketing Manager with 37 years of hands-on experience to lead our organic social growth, community engagement, and end-to-end paid campaign strategies across Google Ads (Google AdWords) and Meta platforms.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving hyper-local reach, managing paid advertising campaigns, and building high-ROI performance campaigns that deliver qualified leads and app installations cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads / Google AdWords & Performance Marketing
- Campaign Setup & Management: Build, structure, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads / Google AdWords campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax).
- PPC Campaign Management: Manage keyword-based PPC campaigns, ad groups, search terms, bidding strategies, budgets, ad extensions/assets, and audience targeting to maximise campaign performance.
- Meta Ads & Regional Targeting:



Execute targeted paid campaigns and boosted Facebook/Instagram posts tailored to specific geographic locations such as Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Kent, and other relevant local areas to generate quality leads.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Continuously monitor campaign performance, test ad copy and creatives, optimise landing pages, and refine bidding strategies to reduce CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI while increasing conversion rates.
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keyword filtering, competitor analysis, and market research to improve ad visibility and relevance.
- Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise profitability, reduce acquisition costs, improve ROAS, and deliver explicit and transparent performance reports covering metrics such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CPI, ROAS, conversions, and total installs.
