Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end process of Record to Report (RTR) and Reporting & Analysis (R2R) for international clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in RTR or R2R role, preferably in an international setting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to write clear, concise reports and present complex data insights effectively.
