Project Manager Stone Crushing Plant Establishment & Licensing

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager at Dushmi/Pen who can independently handle the complete process of setting up a new Stone Crushing Plant.

The person should have strong knowledge of stone crusher project setup, government permissions, environmental compliances, licensing, land-related documentation, utility connections, machinery coordination, and project execution.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
- Take complete ownership of the new stone crushing project from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare the project execution plan, timelines, budgets and milestones.
- Coordinate land development, civil work, machinery installation, electrical work and infrastructure.
- Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Handle and coordinate the complete process for obtaining all applicable permissions, registrations, NOCs and licenses, including:
- Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB)



Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate.
- Environmental permissions / Environmental Clearance, wherever applicable.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Stone Crusher / Aggregate / Mining / Construction Material Plant projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of MPCB, mining, environmental and local government approvals.
- Experience dealing with government departments and statutory consultants.
- Strong project management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple agencies and contractors.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to regularly visit the project site and government offices.
- Should be capable of taking end-to-end responsibility for establishing a new crushing plant.
