Role

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers/candidates, explaining products or services, handling queries, and generating leads or business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to customers/candidates as per the provided database.

● Explain products, services, offers, or job opportunities clearly.

● Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.

● Generate leads and convert potential customers into business.

● Follow up with interested customers regularly.

● Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.

● Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.

● Coordinate with the sales and operations team.

● Maintain qualified communication with customers.





● Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Skills Required

● Good communication and convincing skills.

● Basic Hindi/English communication.

● Marathi communication will be an advantage.

● Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.

● Basic computer knowledge.

● Target-oriented and self-motivated.

● Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
