About the Role-
SahGrowth Foundation is looking for enthusiastic college students to join us as College Career Leaders. As a CCL, you will lead the Saathi community in your college and help ensure that no student misses a valuable opportunity because of a lack of information, resources, or connections.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage the Saathi student community in your college.
• Share internships, jobs, freelancing projects, workshops, and career resources.
• Connect interested students with SahGrowth programs and opportunities.
• Promote career sessions, challenges, and networking events.
• Organise online or offline career activities in your college.
• Collect student feedback and share regular updates with the SahGrowth team.
• Act as the official student representative of Saathi on your campus.
Who Can Apply?
• Students currently pursuing any undergraduate or postgraduate course.
• Students interested in leadership, community building, and career development.
• Students with good communication and networking skills.
• Students who can dedicate approximately 2–3 hours per week.
• Active and responsible students who enjoy helping others.
