Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the OMS product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Gather customer, market, and business insights and translate them into product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Own product discovery, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile product development in collaboration with Engineering.
- Drive core OMS capabilities including Order Capture, Order Orchestration, Order Routing, Inventory Visibility, Available-to-Promise (ATP), Fulfillment, Split Orders, Backorders, Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Order Tracking.
- Enable seamless omnichannel order journeys across marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, stores, mobile channels, and other order sources.
- Define and optimize order allocation and fulfillment logic based on inventory availability, location, cost, SLA, customer promise, and business rules.
- Collaborate with WMS, ERP, POS, eCommerce, marketplace, payment, logistics, and third-party technology teams to deliver robust integrations and end-to-end order flows.




- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer implementations.
- Analyze product usage, operational metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
- Support product launches, customer demos, solution workshops, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Establish product KPIs and measure the impact of features and releases on business outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Drive product documentation, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and release communication.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS/product technology organization.
- Robust understanding of Order Management Systems and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
